AiVideo provides an AI video generation platform that allows users to: (a) generate videos using various AI models (including Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Wan 2.6, etc.), (b) purchase credits or subscriptions, (c) manage their accounts and content.

3. Eligibility

4. Account and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Illegal Content: Generate or upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• Infringing Content: Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Violence: Generate content depicting violence, gore, or harm
• Fraud: Use our services for fraudulent, false, or deceptive activities
• Malware: Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Interference: Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers or networks connected to our services
• Circumvention: Attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use to protect our services

6. AI-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you generate using our services, but grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver that content.
• You are solely responsible for the content you generate. We do not edit generated content but may monitor or remove content for safety or legal reasons.
• AI-generated content is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform content (including designs, text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

You retain ownership of your user content (including content you upload or generate) but grant us a license necessary to provide our services.

8. Credits and Payments

• Credits may be purchased individually or through subscriptions. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Credits have expiration dates. Unexpired credits may be forfeited upon expiration.

9. Termination

• You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms.
• Upon termination, your right to access the services will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties.

We do not warrant that: (a) the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (b) the results from using the services will be accurate or reliable, (c) the quality of the services will meet your expectations.

AI generation may be unpredictable, imperfect, or not match your expectations. Use at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiVideo and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the services, (b) your violation of these terms, (c) your violation of third-party rights.
